AMBIAL, THE NEW MULTISPACE FOLDING DOOR
A 360o experience where design and technology connect with the sea
Designed by the Mano de Santo architecture team and developed by KMZero, Open Innovation Hub, Punta de Mar is an innovative floating stay concept that offers a unique tourist experience, Sensory, integrated into the environment and highly sustainable.
It consists of a two-storey platform over water, with 74 m2 of useful surface. The first of these, of 40 m2, it has a cabin with bathroom and a private terrace. The indoor-outdoor connection has been made with an Artyal slide from Technal, which gives maximum prominence to the entrance of natural light and sea views. This slide stands out for its visual lightness, totally in tune with the aesthetics of the project, and its large glazed surfaces. Allows you to gently move leaves up to 1.200 kg of weight and 3,5 m high, thanks to two wheeled carts placed at the bottom of the system. In this way, sliding the leaves is done very smoothly, despite bearing such high weights.
The second floor is a Chill-Out deck close to 34 m2 that has an area designed for the relaxation and comfort of guests. Both spaces have lighting and musical thread, adaptable to customer taste. Technal's IVI sunscreen slats have also been used, reducing the incidence of the sun inside and also promoting privacy.
One of the most innovative points of this initiative is the control of the experience by the user as, through an app, the guest can decide on all the home automation aspects of the room such as the lighting, the sound, air conditioning or scents, among others. The first prototype is located in the Real Club Nautico de Dénia and the following platforms will start to be marketed from 2019.
